Major NGOs and more modest associations each try in their own way to fight against various forms of exclusion. The BNP Paribas Foundation has chosen to support pilot projects aimed at encouraging social reinsertion of handicapped persons and those in need.
Since 2002, the Foundation has developed a specific programme, "Helping hand for staff projects", designed to support solidarity initiatives in which bank staff are involved on a personal level.
