Performing Arts

Whether in the field of modern dance or new circus arts, performing arts have for years been extending the possibilities open to artists searching for new audiences, whether in major theatres or smaller or more unusual or remote venues in France and abroad. The BNP Paribas Foundation provides assistance for the production, distribution and promotion of spectacles.

In furtherance of this, the Foundation supports the development of choreographers Béatrice Massin (Compagnie Les Fêtes Galantes), Mourad Merzouki (Compagnie Käfig), Kitsou Dubois (Ki Productions), Abou Lagraa (Cie La Baraka), Michel Kelemenis (Compagnie Kelemenis), Sylvain Groud (Sylvain Groud, Emmanuel Gatt, Georges Momboye (Compagnie Georges Momboye) and artists working in contemporary circus as Johann le Guillerm (Compagnie Cirque Ici), Aurélien Bory (Compagnie 111), Philippe de Coen et Benoît Louis (compagnie Feria Musica), Martin Zimmermann et Dimitri de Perrot, Antoine Rigot (Compagnie des Colporteurs), Pierre Rigal (Compagnie Dernière Minute)

As part of its support for artists, the Foundation also provides assistance to the Lyon's Maison de la danseand to the Numeridanse
